Scope of Work
In the ever-evolving retail industry, skills such as communication, customer service, and sales techniques are paramount for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales. Recognizing the importance of these skills, MGTI supported a pilot training model to enhance the capabilities of retail staff in Saudi Arabia.
Objective
To provide comprehensive soft skills training to 75 employees of a prominent retail suppliers in Saudi Arabia, focusing on:
- Effective communication
- Exceptional customer service
- Advanced sales techniques
The Pilot Model
1. Target Audience: 75 employees from various departments of a large retail suppliers in Saudi Arabia.
2. Training Modules:
- Communication Skills: This module aimed to improve interpersonal communication, active listening, and effective feedback mechanisms.
- Customer Service: Employees were trained in understanding customer needs, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Techniques: This module focused on understanding customer buying behavior, upselling, cross-selling, and closing sales effectively.
