Scope of Work

The program was designed to assist 1,000 individuals of determination in receiving training and joining the workforce, overcoming any obstacles they encounter along the way. The project was implemented in the following phases:

Phase 1: Needs Analysis Identifying the needs of the project participants supporting the program design.

Phases 2 and 3: Designing training, employment, marketing, and communication plans.

Phases 4 and 5: Implementing training and achieving related employment outcomes through a case management approach.

Our Approach

The PwD Training Curriculum was designed and customized for the target user group. Programs focused on upskilling participants to streamline their transition into sustainable employment. Sector-specific pathway programs were developed that combine personal skills and sector knowledge to effectively prepare job seekers.

Case Management

A case management system was developed to collect data during the job search journey to enable continuous improvement. A specialized employment consultant assists job seekers throughout the training, hiring, and retention journey. Project Leadership Senior management oversight to ensure all project requirements were reached and key performance indicators were achieved at all stages of the project. The training was focused on developing local talents as future project leaders.

Created more than 10 specialized training programs.
Trained 2,000 individuals with disabilities.
