Bander has been with Maximus from 2017 till now. He performed as executive manager, Sofaraa online newspaper between 2012-2013 and director of Saudi education center, Saudi bureau in Canada 2013-2014. Business manager till he promoted to his current role. He holds a master in business administration, Thompson river university Kamloops, Canada and a bachelor of computer science, Taibah university Medina, Saudi Arabia 2010.
He has won awards such as a Managing Director award for exceptional performance for Maximus Gulf in 2016 as well as operation award for best performer 2016.
