He supervises business analysts/writers, business managers, and their subordinates. He develops, implements, and manages policy and procedures in accordance with Maximus established policies and procedures and as directories by the managing director. He started his career as a business development officer at Taqat male center. He was in charge of understanding our labor market. Built relationships with local employers to establish preferred supplier statues and get promoted to business manager, Taqat male center. 

He managed project program staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels to effectively deliver job seeker services and meet the contract scope of work. He holds a master's degree in business administration, Thompson rivers university Kamloops, BC Canada, BA in Marketing, King Faisal University. He had lots of professionals in affiliations HRM, King Faisl University, and human resources fund.
