Rasha participated in strategic planning performance evaluation and overall human resources daily tasks and payroll and participates in recruitment. Before playing her current role she used to be executive assistant and communication officer between 2014-2015. After a successful career journey in supporting Maximus, she now manages all company communications. She got promoted to corporate services manager till her current role. She holds a bachelor degree in art chemistry science division from PNU and master of educational studies/leadership, and university of queens land Australia.
