Abiola Gbadamosi

Organizational Development Director

Abby Gbadamosi is the Organizational Development Director for Maximus Gulf. Abby Joined Maximus in 2017 as a Business Transformation Consultant and brought over 20 years’ senior executive experience in the human services, recruitment, training, business transformation, and organizational development, having worked with a range of government departments in the United Kingdom, Holland, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). 

Before joining Maximus, Ms. Gbadamosi served as Managing Director and founder of Pro-Reactivity Business Services, which specializes in business reengineering, developing strategies, and delivering evidence-based impactful learning solutions that drive performance improvements in private and public-sector organizations.

Prior to this, Ms. Gbadamosi was the National Head of Member Services for Reed in Partnership, UK, where she was responsible for the startup, contract, and operational management for all Outreach Based Employment programs which helped over 40,000 people into employment. Her portfolio also included Employer Engagement, Training Routeways as well as the design lead for the employer engagement strategy and performance improvement measures.

She also served as the principal subject matter expert in the development and implementation of the Reed/NCFE employability qualification rolled out to over 100,000 students in universities and colleges across the United Kingdom. 

Ms. Gbadamosi holds a Master’s in Business Administration Degree with a focus on Organizational Development from Chester University. She also holds professional certification and memberships to the Chartered Institute for Personal Development (CIPD), Chartered Management Institute (CMI), and the Institute of Employment Practitioners (IEP).
